Terms of Use
Welcome to Boomer AI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Boomer AI ("we," "us," or "our") and they cover your use of our website, web app, and mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — we've kept them as plain as we can.
Who can use Boomer AI
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and agree to these Terms. The Service is designed to be helpful for adults of all ages, and a family member may set up and pay for an account on behalf of an adult parent or relative.
Your account
You sign up with one account that works across the web and our mobile apps, with the same history wherever you sign in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Please let us know right away if you think someone else is using your account.
Subscription, free trial, and billing
- Free trial. New subscribers can try Boomer AI free for 7 days. You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
- Price and renewal. After the trial, Boomer AI is an annual subscription that works out to less than $9 a month, billed once per year. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel whenever you like. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Web subscriptions are managed through our billing portal; subscriptions purchased in our mobile apps are managed through your Apple or Google account.
- Where you paid. One subscription gives you access everywhere. If you subscribe on the web, you can sign in and use Boomer on your phone and tablet too.
- No refunds. All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated returns under any circumstances, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable law.
Boomer's help is a thinking partner — not a guarantee
Boomer AI helps you think things through and points out things to consider, but it is not a substitute for professional advice. In particular:
- Scams and safety. Boomer can help you spot warning signs in a message, but it cannot guarantee that any message is safe or unsafe. The decision about whether to respond, click, or pay is always yours.
- Medical, legal, and financial questions. Boomer's answers are for general information only and are not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. For important decisions, please consult a qualified professional.
- Accuracy. AI can sometimes be wrong or incomplete. Please use your own judgment and double-check anything important.
Using the Service responsibly
Please use Boomer AI lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to harm others, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to misuse it in ways that interfere with other people's use.
Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you type and create. You give us permission to process and store your content only as needed to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate replies and save your history). The Boomer AI name, look, and software belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission.
App store terms
If you download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply to your use of the app.
The Service is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep Boomer AI reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boomer AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Boomer AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or if needed to protect the Service or its users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and let you know where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
