Boomer AI ("Boomer AI," "we," "us," or "our") built this service to be a simple, safe, and useful companion for the people who use it. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not show ads, and we never sell your personal information.
This policy applies to our website at boomerai.us, our web app, and our mobile apps (together, the "Service").
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your email address and, if you choose, your name. This is the account you use everywhere, on the web and in our mobile apps.
- Things you create — your conversations with Boomer, the prompts you write, and the art you generate. This history is saved to your account so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
- Payment information — when you subscribe on the web, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. On mobile, payments are handled by Apple or Google.
- Messages you send us — if you contact support, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.
Information collected automatically
- Basic device and usage data — such as the type of device and browser you use and general information about how the Service is performing, so we can keep it fast and reliable.
- Cookies — small files used to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service — sign you in, answer your questions, save your history, and sync it across your devices.
- To process your subscription and manage your free trial, billing, and renewals.
- To keep your account secure and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To improve the Service and fix problems.
- To send you important messages about your account (for example, a receipt or a password reset). We will not send you marketing email you did not ask for.
How your conversations are processed
When you chat with Boomer, your message is sent securely to our AI provider (Anthropic) so that Boomer can write a reply. We use this only to generate your answer and to save your history to your account. Your conversations are private to your account.
Companies that help us run Boomer AI
We share information only with trusted companies that help us operate the Service, and only as needed to do their job:
- Anthropic — powers the AI that writes Boomer's replies.
- Stripe — processes web payments.
- RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and keeps your access in sync across web and mobile.
- Apple & Google — process payments and deliver our mobile apps.
- Hosting and email providers — securely host the Service and send account emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users or the public. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep your information
We keep your account information and history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information and history within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, billing records) by law.
Your choices and rights
- Access and update — you can view and update your account details at any time from your account settings.
- Delete — you can delete your conversations, your art, or your entire account.
- Export — you can request a copy of your data.
- Cancel — you can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.

Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure, access-controlled storage. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we work hard to protect your account.
Children
Boomer AI is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A family member may help set up and pay for an account for an adult parent or relative.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
